Frequently Asked Questions
We have 13 aid stations along the course, spaced approximately every 2 miles. Each one offers water, Gatorade, and basic first aid. Our amazing volunteers are stationed at each stop to cheer you on and provide support when you need it most.

Mile 11.4 – Gerbaz
Mile 16.25 – Lower River Road
Mile 18.1 – Acerio Junction
(Halfway) – Kittle Road
Mile 19.8 – Hwy 82 Crossing
Mile 20.6 – Basalt High School
Mile 21.8 – Emma Junction
Mile 22.9 – Hooks Lane
Mile 24.1 – Underpass of Hwy 82
Mile 25.2 – Old Emma Road (near the finish)
There is also one aid station along the 5K course. You’ll be supported every step of the way!

The deadline to make any changes to your event is 48h before the day of the race.

There is no limit to finish the races, however, we suggest you finish before 2pm.
If you can’t make it, no worries! You can pick up your bib on race morning. You will pick up your packet at the start line of the race YOU are running. Please, allow yourself some extra time to do so.
You will be assigned your bib number when you pick up your packet.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and while we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, we do allow participants to defer their registration to the following year’s race.
Please note:
The deadline to defer is 48 hours before race day.
Deferred registrations are non-refundable.
If you’re switching to a shorter-distance event, we do not offer refunds for the difference in registration fees.
